Have you checked your SPAM folder? Some times reset pass e-mail ends up on spam folder.
If you checked and it's not there, then have you tried to request a password reset using your manager name or mail address? My advice is that you try with both
We're currently implementing the account delete option on Android app, so if all goes as planned it should be available on next release.
All accounts deleted by users are permanently deleted after 90 days (we'll be reducing it to 30 days soon) and all data related with those accounts is removed from our DBs.
If the reason why you want to delete your account is because you want to create a new one and be able to use same manager name, then you won't be able to create it before 90 (later will be 30) days.
If the idea is to link it to same google/apple/fb/e-mail, then you should remove them from your current account before delete it! To do it you need to do it on settings.
