Hi, Yellow cards don't disappear after many matches, it stays until that same player gets his second then third yellow card hence the player will be suspended for a match and all yellow card records are cleared. Then the process is repeated!

Hi, Unfortunately, that's not possible! You can't rejoin a league once you've previously resigned from it. It's every users duty to secure their account from unauthorised use/access as OSM will not be held responsible for any user-end action on their account!
