    Hi, This was an unexpected server maintenance. OSM will always make announcement when there is a planned maintenance.     @uhf_jaime_nl Hi, welcome. It's not that hard to find Human league moderators are able to disable transfers on all leagues. Almost all leagues on special leagues section have disabled transfers except for a few exceptions nations leagues,Champions leagues, Europa leagues and World Cup leagues, 442oons and balkan league.

    Tried on 3 browsers without adblock and with cache cleaned and no luck. Maybe it can caused by proxy/firewall in my job, so I'll try again at home...
