@Kerem-Bahcivan Hi there, Getting the error message 'username/password is incorrect' can mean two things. The managername is really incorrect. You are trying to log in to the wrong version of OSM. If you are sure that you are using the correct username, then the issue will be number 2. With OSM NL and OSM World there are two seperate versions of OSM who act independentaly from each other. On your iPhone/iPad you can go to the settings of the OSM app through the settings of your phone. There you can select the region you want to log in to. Your account is located on OSM World, so you will have to select that region in order to log in to your account.

@Pizdarija You will keep your Bosscoins and can use them later on with different teams. But everything else resets. This is the nature of OSM, ever since it's start in 2001.

If it doesn't solve it, then you can create a new topic and post some screenshots. We need one from before you watch the video, one where the video is playing and then another one after you have watched the ad.
