Hi There're no other reports related with this problem. If it was working before the update and it no onger works, my suggestion is that you re-install OSM (since it's the easiest one) and see if it works. If it still doesn't work, then something may have gone wrong when updating OS and it may be necessary to check it with apple.

Hi, These rewards can only be claimed once. Sometimes new leagues are added and percentage will decrease. By getting it back to 100% won't award a second reward. These rewards expire after 7 days. So if you don't claim it within those 7 days, you won't get it again! Since you're complaining two months later, I'll assume your case is the 2nd one!

Hi, We're sorry that some users don't know how to behave. You acted correctly by reporting him and now you've to give time for us to take the necessary actions. Sending new reports or insist on the one created will only delay it's resolution. Tickets are handled from the oldest to newest. Any new action on the ticket, just moves it to the end of the queue, wether by sending new tickets (they are merged internaly and get the merge date) or by replying to an already created ticket!

Hi, Some notifications are local others are from OSM servers. In order to get any notification you need to allow them. To allow them for fist time you need to start a 'local' notification like stadium building, training, data analyst.... After enable notifications you'll get ALL server notifications (transfers, match simulations....) To get local notifications, trainings/stadium improvements... completed, you have to start them locally also. If you start them on Web version or on a different device you won't get notifications. I'm assuming that you started notifications on a different device and that's the reason why you didn't got it. Ifit wasn't the case and the problem persiss, please report it again with a clear description of the steps you did.

Hi, Our condolences, but that won't change anything... The only way to change Crew President is if change is made from his account. If for some reason that's no possible we'll do it only when contacted from the mail set on president account! Captains have pretty much same powers as President.

Hi, Most of the times, the problems with special offers is due to the fact users were logged when offer appeared and the info on the account is not same as on server due to the lack of a refresh. This should be fixed with just a reload of the account data by going to control center. If this is not the case, please report it again, providing enough informatin so we can help you!

Hi, Have a calendar or something similar that can give some information in advance of the fuure events is something we already have on our plans, but there are other priorities at this momment. To minimise this, we post on our socials with enough time in advance the temporary events, and at the end/start of the month, we announce all the weekend events. Keep an eye on them
