    Hello mate...as already said in the answer above, goal of the team, wins against other human managers, wins against better goal teams...etc...there are many factors that determine the manager points someone gets....

    Hello mater...the blue bar shows how progression has the player at the time....every time you train τηε player, this bar bar fills...when it completes filling up, the player gets a level up and you can over....note: the player can get some progression with friendlies too...

    It's easy to get a star players team in Premier League. After all, it's the championship with the most expensive starter squads.
    Boss Coins can be spent on many other stuff besides scouting.
    Training is to evolve your own players. Don't expect them to turn from hero to zeros though - unless you train the same one all the time, taking advantage from events as well.

    If this is game is just stupid, why do you play it then?

    As you're not happy with the time you take to sell players, consider signing for worse teams with cheaper players. You should notice a speed-up on selling their players.

    What @Manager-PR-9 suggested is correct but your friend/crew mate must send the mail himself and not you or any other third party.

    New leagues are created after simulation but there isn't a specific day at which the engine creates these new leagues. You just have to search and if you're lucky you'll find some of them. But you can always use boss coins to create your own league where you can start with four prep days.
