    @FurkanTopal And how high-rated and thus expensive were those players before the transfer event? It also might be due to your league advancing closer to the end of the season. Then it also seems to be more difficullt to sell players. There are a several 'rules' to the transfersystem, but a lot of it is unknown to the playerbase. The only things about the transfersystem that is commonly known, are: the higher the sale price you ask for a player, the more difficult it will be to sell that player there is a lot of randomness to the transfer engine system at the end of the league it seems to be more difficult to sell players

    Why am I not able to change my profile picture in the forum?

    @FurkanTopal Hi there, On the edit profile section in the forum, you can change a few things. Scroll down a bit to change bio. [image: 1777117914761-schermopname-31.png] I don't know if you can set up a profile picture through the forum. Might be that the owner of this forum has disabled that function. If so, then you can change your profile picture in OSM itself (only a selective amount of pictures, you can't upload your own picture). After updating go to forum log out of forum (not closing browser/tab) log out of your OSM account Log back in and go the forum. New profile picture should display in the forum.

    @Calin-Irinel Hi there, If you still use the the e-mail adress that you have set up to your OSM account, you can just ignore that message. It is there to remind users to change e-mail adress or to set up a social connection. They have decided to keep that message there until the login method of username + password will be removed. Also as an insurance in case users are going to complain again about the change after that login method has been permanentaly removed.

    @Altıntaşş Hi there, How long ago did you last logged in to that old account? Accounts are automaticaly permanentaly removed from OSM if you don't log in at least once in 3 years. This is in compliance with the privacy laws (GDPR). If you are unsure about when you logged in on that account for the last time, then the best thing you can do is to send in a ticket from our Support website.     @Daniel-T.-P. @El-Capitán61_NL-0 Hi there, This is an ongoing issue ever since the start of the new year. Both the news section and pop-ups didn't work on the webversion. Pop-ups now work again, but the news section is indeed still empty.

    I have the same problem with Velux ad. You cannot stop it and do not receive a bosscoin.

    Hi there, Since Legend event is already over and those players have been removed from the transferlist. This topic will be closed. If it happens again during the next Legends event, then remove cookies and cache of your browser or force close the OSM app and try again.

    @elmaystro1 Hi there, Could you try to do the following steps. Perhaps that will solve the issue. Clear all app data Remove the OSM app from your phone Restart your phone Install the OSM app again. If not, then you will have to wait for a reply from the OSM Support. It can sometimes take a few days before you receive a reply back from them. The weekend doesn't count as they are not in the office then.

    @gitanaCanastera77 Hi there, You probably had your club funds on Savings instead of your club balance. You can't use them if they are on Savings and instead will pay with extra Bosscoins if that option is active in your league. You can try asking for a refund at our OSM Support (https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us)

    @flack99 Hi there, Transfers are for a large part pretty random. Sometimes you sell a couple of players pretty quickly and others times not so much. You can try playing a bit with the transfer value of your players, but otherwise there is not much that can be done about it in the current transfersystem.
