The manager has every right to be in your league, since that's a manager from your previcious season and he was allowed back then. If you want to avoid situations like that, then you need to create a new league instead of continue the league.

The only thing you can do is delete this account and then create a new account with the name that you wish to have and keep forever. How to delete an account: Go to Profile >> Edit >> on the bottom at the right side you'll see the Delete Account button http://prntscr.com/dyh5rk Good luck mate.
