    @Doc-Strangelove Hi, welcome. Unfortunately there's not much that can be done about that. Servers could have difficulties and then the games are delayed. But all servers has been simulated now, so this can be closed.

    @MSV2016 Hi, welcome. If you get that error, then you try to resign in the prep days. You need to wait till you've played your first match, after that you will be able to resign.
