    CPU can not accept managers in to the league if that was what your asking.
    This can be closed for now, if this what not what your asking then please open a new topic and try to make it a bit more clear what the question is about.

    Click on the little icon http://prntscr.com/dc3q0d
    Then choose start crew http://prntscr.com/dc3t0e
    Fill everything in and your crew is set http://prntscr.com/dc3tfl
    The only thing that you then need to do is to invite more managers into your crew, because you need at least 6 managers otherwise the crew will be removed after 7 days.
