Generally no business offers anywhere, coin, training, scout etc. .
Can happen, should not.Maybe we get some sweet double coins earlier as compensation ...

Is there any update on this,
between the ads not working, and paying extra for training that I would have had covered by ads, I am about 100 BC down on the day.
This game is becoming harder to play for web users to compete already ,
with no business club offers (except watching ads) ,and 3 less free BC per hour than others.
Please can we get a response to this. -

More than 24 hours now.....and not a response, except to report it as a "bug". Maybe shows how they treat "free players".
Can we have an update and be treated with some courtesy please ? -
I expect the double or TRIPLE boss coins this current week or weekend.
Too much boss coins "lost"!!

Maybe it is no bug ... hmmmm.
In case I have to change my strategy and for sure I will play only one slot instead fours.
Strange that there is no official communication about this issue, as an daily online game.At least it's all speculation.
Online GM makes fun but there are quite other things which are appealing

In any other online game that I have played, the admin/owners deal quickly with issues like this.
In order for them to earn from people that spend a lot , they need competition from others who pay less or watch ads (which their company also earn from).
If , a day and a half after a problem is raised , they cant be bothered to even give a response like "We are aware of the issue and are trying to deal with it" or even "we dont care about web users and will deal with it in March 2022" , then it shows there is a major breakdown in any Customer Service here.
Any cash that I , and probably many others might have paid can be put to better use,

guys you all are complaining about this issue, but none of you have reported this bug filling the specific report that Lirind has mentioned, or am i wrong?

(1) On the web , for the last two days. when users click on anything regarding adverts for free bosscoins/reducing training time or scouting time(2) The response is
Out of business
We ran out of business offers for now. Check back with us later.(3) Everyone has stated this and no-one has replied.
Making a new thread with "Bug" in title should not be needed to get a response. -
I agree with @George-Mac , there's no need for opening a new thread. I open this one because I thought the problem will be solved. And I think I gave a clear explanation of the problem. But if you want it official, here it is:

Hi guys, just to inform you that for the first time since Monday morning I manage to watch videos on web. Just now I watched all 6 videos to get coins, I manage to speed data analyst and training. So, it seems now that it works fine for me. Check it in your accounts as well.

Seems like its working now, just 2 and a half days worth of coins lost.
It would also be nice if someone could say when a bug is sorted, because I am sure many , like me, have given up attempting to get the adverts and were waiting to read here that it was sorted.
Also an apology for the inconvenience caused would not be a bad idea if the idea that there is Customer Service here was to be maintained.
