Can't leave Winners Cup after being eliminated

Hmm I am looking at your league right now and even though its matchday 8, I still see no one left who was eliminated in group stage.. interesting, could be some bug, as in my winners cup people can normally leave after being eliminated in certain phase...

Can you give us some more info and screenshots as to why you can't leave the Winners Cup if you are eliminated? Do you get an error message if you click/tap on the resign button? Is the button greyed out? Any other issue?
From which platform are you trying to resign (webversion, iOS app or Android app)? Is it possible to resign if you use a different platform (if any available for you)?

You likely can't exit the Winners' Cup after being eliminated because most competitive game modes keep players in until the entire event concludes. This is to finalize standings and rewards, allow spectating, prevent exploits, and is often a technical design choice. You'll need to wait until the cup officially finishes to exit.

Please, I am currently in a winners league where I need a draw to qualify in the group stage. Fortunately, I won, which should guarantee my qualification. Now, the issue is ; it showed me I was knocked out of the tournament which is wrong. The result showed 0 - 0 for all matches played. I had to confirm from a manager who we are in the tournament together. He said exactly the same thing. Please, what could be wrong? Though I guess it is hacked. Please, help is find solution. Other slot of mine are fine but that one. Even now, we can't resign from the tournament. That's also impossible. Please, help us find a solution. I hope you will understand this better than I do and consider my complaint as a valid one. I hope for a positive feedback.

So I was knocked out from the Winners Cup tournament but when I try to leave it says "You're not allowed to resign right now". Do I have to wait 24 hours or is it a bug? Thank you!

There could be a bug with the Winners Cup. It seems that users who have been eliminated can't leave the tournament. It might be that your issue is somehow related to this. Could you post some screenshots of the results of the last group match (the ones where all matches ends in 0 - 0)
