Do you get to see the Orange colour on your Business Club symbol from your game menu ?

Hmmm... So strange.. In that case , could you both please try to delete all temporary data and cache from inside your phone's OSM app?

At the moment I have no idea what might be causing this result in your Boss Coins after watching commercial videos. If you are 100% sure that you get only a single coin after each video is completed , then :
a) I need to inform and ask for any infos about this matter on our CM forum .
b) And I also need from you to send me details of your phone devices and apps asap !
Please fill in a bug report and post it in here.

And please add on your posts screen shots from your apps , just like I did. Thanks guys !

I have the same problem, it is orange colour, but we didn't receive double Boss Coin.

Many suffer from this problem, the problem is not from the phone and not from the phone operating system and not from the game version and not from the country, I think we have put all the possible information fully

@siiromar Thanks Omar! It is good to know this because we are doing what we can to find out what is going wrong , with not every Android user but only a part of them. Some Android users receive double coins while others do not. It is quite confusing atm.

I don't think the problem is with the phone or the phone system because my brother has the same problem. But I will say:
The problem has occurred since Friday .
App Version: 3.4.37
Brand/type device: Samsung Galaxy A30
OS version : Android 9

This problem has been forwarded . And it should be fixed by now. Are you guys able to check your Business Clubs ? For new videos change every hour , and you should get double coins for watching each one of them.
