It is good to know this because we are doing what we can to find out what is going wrong , with not every Android user but only a part of them. Some Android users receive double coins while others do not. It is quite confusing atm.

This problem has been forwarded . And it should be fixed by now. Are you guys able to check your Business Clubs ? For new videos change every hour , and you should get double coins for watching each one of them.
