Manager points and ranking problem

Hello, I have noticed for a while that I lose points on my main account (I do not know if it is the case for other accounts) and it lasts for 6 or 7 season ... 8 Days ago I finished the season with liverpool and I got 2741 points and my ranking was about 5000 with a total of 35540 points, and today my ranking is 8023 and I have 34605 points !! About 1000 points lost in 8 days !! At the end of each season I lose the points gained from the season before, even more! So I'm stuck in 34000/35000 points for many seasons . If it is possible to see and help me solve this problem.

Second problem : i've finished the african boss ( 100%) and i can't get my 1000 boss coin reward .

For the first problem, I think you should know this. The points taken into account to determine your position on ranking are calculated this way:

• Points from last 180 days will count 100%.
• Points earned on next 520 (from 180 until 700) days will count less on different levels of percentage until they are ultimately counted at 1%.
• All points older than 700 days will count 1% for your total.

So, at your point right now, mathematically you should try to earn much more than 2741 points to climb up the ranking

I know haw the points are calculated... I think you did not understand the problem;
i'm loosing my points and my ranking every day and i found out that at the end of each season I lose the points gained from the season before .
i've searched in the forum about this bug and i found that several manager have the same problem and one of the moderator @SUPERNOVA 8 admited that there is a serious problem !!

@momo2588 , I'm so sorry that I have dissapointed you mate..

I know that there was a problem about a couple months ago. I complaint at that time for myself.

But I really don't think that's the case right now..

I just checked your profile. Your main account is slot 1. It has 34522 MPts now.
And the points you earned for the last 180 days are:

The total is 11915. So the rest of your Mpts (22607) are counting down to 1%.
Start from this one:

....... etc.

That's why you're loosing your points everyday.
You can calculate it by yourself for the exact points if you like..

@momo2588 Hello my friend and welcome to the World forum.
After reading all the posts here I have to tell you that our mate Hans gave you all the right answers and links , for both your problems. Your Slot 1 has the best record so far but in order to climb once again on the rankings you'll need to complete a new great season above your goal and try to win a new Cup and/or the Championship.
It is not a bug in your case buddy.
