Can't login in android with my user name

I'm trying to log in with my user name and password but it is not recognized, either can login with Facebook.
I re installed the application twice and error persists.
I reset my password a lot of time but the new password is not recognized either... anyone else with this issue?
How can in fix it?Can play in website only in android is the problem
Can provide error messages print screen if needed
