Ranking & Manager Points Bug

    Thank you for your previous answer, Supernova 8, but you have to admit that you just copied and pasted the typical answer given to many more managers. I am a very active manager, as well as the other managers from my crew who have the same problem.

    Time will tell, of course, but I feel Spanish Mods are not doing things properly.

    As far as I am concerned, it seems you did not understand my words. I do know how punctuation runs, but the problem does not lie there. Three days ago I finished a league and won 4040 points. By that moment I had around 50900 points. My rank became around 663 after those 4040 points were added. On Thursday I woke up being the 667 of the world. However, by midday my highest rank was about 842 and those 54900 something points had transformed into the original 51000 points from before the last league had finished.

    It is not merely a matter of understanding how punctuation goes, it is the fact that when I see the punctuation from my 4 accounts from my profile, my H account has 54522 points. When I click on my matches (mis partidas) those 54522 points tell me I am in rank 892. HOWEVER, in my S3 account I have 51348 points and my rank is 842. Moreover, when I click on my best rank, it tells me that it is position 842 and the points are 52045.

    All in all, MY PROBLEM WITH PUNCTUATION is not one of lack of experience or understanding of the punctuation system As you must have seen by now, THERE REALLY IS a problem that must be solved because I feel I have been robbed 200 positions and 4000 points. I am competing to get into the World Champs, so I consider someone must be pulling my leg if I am told that it must be a problem of understanding.

    I look forward to hearing a better answer to my problem, and I also hope it gets solved soon.

    Similarly, I hope someone may check what has happened to these other members from my crew: salmor (top 3 in Spain), rubbens 80 (top 10 in Spain), LooM 83 and Alvarorr_98.

    I have exactly the same problem.

    Points added from last finished league has been taken back from Mpts on ranking, but not on profile. So my Mpts on ranking and profile are different now (should be the same).

    And dear Sofie, sorry to say. It's not about the latest ranking system works. It is a problem.
    Hope they're working on it.

    After reading a few topics on the Support forum tonight, it looks like not just you but more managers face a serious malfunction with their MPs and rankings. Well you are an experienced manager mate and this case looks like another bug issue. ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ
    You should know better...what are you waiting for? Could you please forget the long essays and accusations and proceed with a fine detailed bug report and some screen shots would help too with time & date appearing , so that we can have a whole picture of the situation and get down to business? I need to have something in my hands besides words in order to forward this issue. I would really appreciate it Rafael. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • @SUPERNOVA-8 I have a problem with the ranking&points. I finished Swiss league at 13/01/2017 on my slot1. And gained 5100points. So my ranking was upgrade to 2900lsh at ranking table. But 4-5 days ago, last points i gained disappeared and i went back to 6766. But in screenshot you can actually see, my slot1 points are 40307. In ranking table although, my points seem to be 35583. As i was say; last points i gained, seems to be disappeared. Hopefully this problem will fixed.

    What can you do ? Well, could you please start with using English? This is the Global forum and we must all try to speak the same language in here my friend. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Three days before my was 81000 1st spot and sudenly it becoms 217000 do you think this is normal?

    Everything ranking related should be fixed. But since it's cached, some will only notice tomorrow, or later on!
