Can't leave Winners Cup after being eliminated

So I was knocked out from the Winners Cup tournament but when I try to leave it says "You're not allowed to resign right now". Do I have to wait 24 hours or is it a bug? Thank you!

I have forwarded the issue to the admins. Keep in mind that it is currently weekend, so we might not get a reply from them before Monday.

Please, I am currently in a winners league where I need a draw to qualify in the group stage. Fortunately, I won, which should guarantee my qualification. Now, the issue is ; it showed me I was knocked out of the tournament which is wrong. The result showed 0 - 0 for all matches played. I had to confirm from a manager who we are in the tournament together. He said exactly the same thing. Please, what could be wrong? Though I guess it is hacked. Please, help is find solution. Other slot of mine are fine but that one. Even now, we can't resign from the tournament. That's also impossible. Please, help us find a solution. I hope you will understand this better than I do and consider my complaint as a valid one. I hope for a positive feedback.

There could be a bug with the Winners Cup. It seems that users who have been eliminated can't leave the tournament. It might be that your issue is somehow related to this. Could you post some screenshots of the results of the last group match (the ones where all matches ends in 0 - 0)
