    According to Gamebasics, there are no more issues with interest since September. Keep the following in mind: In oder to get interest, the Club Funds needs to be in Savings during simulation Interest is added to Savings and not on your Balance. If you are sure that you didn't received the interest while you should've, then please create a new topic with a detailed explanation aswell as screenshots of your Finances and Savings before the match and after the match. This topic will be closed.

    @4zrphoenix Hi there, If you have set an e-mail on your account you can click on the 'forget password' link to create a temporarely password to log in to your account. After you've logged in you can create a password of your own or even set up a social connection. If you haven't set an e-mail on your account, then you will have to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request and choose the option 'OSM'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide enough details about your issue.

    @Grandadam If the clubfunds aren't there tomorrow then it's best to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request' and use the option 'OSM'. Then you will be able to fill in our contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment and the support team will help you out from there.

    @poccnr Hi there, I think we all have these moments from time to time, but these are part of the game. Injury time can be reduced with either one or two days with every session, but most of the time it will just be one day.

    @stefanogonzalez89 Hi there, If the Bosscoins weren't added to your account, then I believe one of the two of the following things might have already happened. A claim button has become active for which to claim the Bosscoins from your payment. If payment wasn't succesfull, your bank should have debited that payment back into your bankaccount. If both things haven't happened yet and you still don't have the Bosscoins, then you should contact our customer service via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM'. From there you can fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the details of your payment.

    @JBpinoy Hi there, That's because you will have to look at each match individually. Every match you win or lose medals depending on the result and other factors. Losing a match will result in a higher loss of medals then the amount of medals you receive when you win a match. That means that you need to win multiple matches to cover one loss. The difference between those factors increase the higher the Division you are in. Even the end-of-season bonus might not be high enough to end with a positive amount of medals.

    @supertreinadorgdxvr Hi there, Good to hear Sometimes maintenance on some of our servers is neccesary. That means that clubslots who are on those servers will be temporarily unavailable until maintenace is finished.

    @michykaka22 Hi there, I'm sorry, but it it impossible for you to play together in the same league, if you all don't play OSM in the same version. The Dutch version (OSM NL) and the international version (OSM World) are two seperate versions of OSM. On both versions you are alloud to have one account, but they can't be used together. Your friends will have to create an account on the World version, or you will have to create an account on the Dutch version. I'm guessing your friends have an iPhone. Due to an issue, it might not be possible to create an account/log in to an excisting account on iOS. The only possible solution for the time being is to use the webversion of OSM.

    @leoahked Hi there, If you are refering to the error message, then this is a known issue. Unfortunately there is no solution for this at the moment. It's advised to play OSM via the webversion.

    No idea which post this is.... but I checked a few posts and all counting was fine, so my guess is that this may be something local on your device (temp files, try to clear them and see if it updates correctly)

    @casper2020 Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. The double and triple Bosscoin events only work for the offers on the offerwall (Tapjoy, Fyber, Revu and IronSource), which are only available in the OSM app. Watching videos will always credit only 1 Bosscoin.
