    @masoudshams87 Hi there, Are you aware that you can't have more than one account? This is against the OSM terms. You will have to choose which one you want to play with and make the other one inactive. Then you can contact our customer support through the below link to remove social connection. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request', select 'OSM' and fill in the contact sheet in English.

    @rado-kochas Hi there, First of all: watch your language! There is no need for that. About the income: you probably played an away game. You will only receive the Club Funds from sponsors and tickets when you play at home. If you did play at home then we need a detailed description with screenshots of your finances before match simulation and after match simulation. About the other issue: I'm assuming you refer to the medals that you win or lose depending on the result. If so, then we need a detailed description with screenshots that shows that you lost medals when winning a match.     @Rebekkah Hi there, That all depends on what the criteria you let the scout search for. Depending of your choices there might not be a single player left that fits those criteria. The scout will then bring three other players. We need way more info to investigate this. What we need: a screenshot of the settings of your scout search a screenshot with the scout results on wich of your four clubslots you are trying to scout these players on wich of the platform you send the scout (webversion, iOS app or Android app in case you are doing this on the OSM app: what is the brand + type of the phone you use, what is the version of the operating system your phone uses and what is the version of the OSM app. So please create a new topic with a detailed descripton and with all the above info.

    @levanes Hi there, Getting a red card always sucks, but even when you play less agressive than your opponent it doesn't mean you can't get a red card. It can still happen.

    @Pachi_13 Hi there, You can find some info about this issue here. Our admin Specialone asked the user from that topic: Do you watch those advertisements you can find in the finance page? If so, try it without watching and post screenshots from your finance page before the match simulation and after the match simulation without transfering funds to Savings. Could you please try this aswell and post the screenshots?

    @ostblokkk I'm curious from which info you are referering to? Because Southampton has loaned Bella-Kotchup to PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch Eredivisie. And in OSM he is also listed at the squad of PSV and not Southampton. Just wait a few extra seconds and the video should load properly. If your issue is about something else, then please create a new topic and give us more details about your problem.     @SametEnes10 Hmm, that's strange. Do you perhaps also play OSM via the app on your phone/tablet? If so, do the statistics show on the app? If that's the case then the issue lies with the browser you are using. If it also doesn't show on the app, or if you do not use the app and only play OSM via the webversion, then we need to know which of your clubslots this is happening.

    @R-Elkhatib Hi there, This is a known issue, but at the moment there is no fix for it. The best thing you can do is using the webversion of OSM to manage your teams.

    @S3amon The reason why prices are listed in Euros on the OSM app is because you have set Euros as the standard valuta in your Google account. If you go to the settings of your Google account you should be able to change your chosen valuta into Turkish Lira.
