    Hi, We're really sorry, for scaring you, but no, your account won't be deleted anytime soon (only in 3 years if you stop playing now). This was an error on the messaging system. Deletion system is a bit more trustable Only a bit, but enough to keep your account safe!

    Hi guys. Some news about these issues: Issue with Match Experience can't be reproduced, which means that there is no way to fix this issue at the moment. Hopefully they will be able to locate the issue and fix it, but for now there is nothing else to do than skip ME everytime you use the app. Issue with the transferlist is caused by a bug. They couldn't remove the bug so they had to remove the possibility to view the player card when tapping on the player on the transferlist. If they do manage to fix that bug, then the option to view the player card will be added back in. As there is not much else to do about these issue, I will close this topic.

    The issue with Match Experience can't be reproduced, so a fix is impossible right now. No respons on second issue, so topic will be closed.

    Hi, Account has no mail linked. But it's linked to a google account. He needs to log with same google account he linked the account to, set an e-mail on the account and only after he can have a password to log on all platforms.

    Hi, T Vs D -- If you check phones one is EN US and the other is EN UK. There should be other differences The fact that one shows more columns than the other also as a simple explanation... Resolution. If you play on an iPad, in some screens there will be even more information. We adjust the number of columns according with device resolution.

    Hi All your tickets were answered and all the info needed was given, but looks like you didn't understood it and kept replying to a closed ticket, which ends up on not being answered. You tried to contact the website/company within the offer, but you have to contact the support from the offer provider within OSM. When you open app, search for the offer you applied you should have a status and there should be a report option if you were not credited

    This is not something we can solve it, since Ad-blockers are installed on your device not something within OSM. Some Ad-Blockers are add-ons others are incorporated on browser.

    If you still have same problem, please report it in a more detailed way so we can help you. Before reporting take this into account? Did I broke rules? Is there any chance my account got locked? Did I ever logged with other account on this device? Also please try to clear App data by re-installing it. IMPORTANT: If you never linked your account to socials or set a login/password don't uninstall APP!

    @Wooski01 Hi there, The reason why you are able to login via Facebook, is because that social connection is now connected to your new account, even though there is no e-mailadress connected to it. But you still need to verify your new account by adding an e-mailadress. This enables you to recover your account whenever that social connection would be removed. Howver, you can only use an e-mailadress on one account. Since you already had an account prior with that e-mailadress, you need to use a different e-mailadress for your new account. This is due to GDPR laws.

    @KeloTfc Hi there, This could either mean that you haven't typed the correct password or that you are trying to log onto the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL (Dutch version) and OSM World (international version) we have two seperate versions of OSM that are independant of each other. That means that having an account on OSM NL doesn't work on OSM World and vice versa. Make sure you are trying to log onto the correct version of OSM.

    @Jarno-Polfliet_NL That's because leagues hasn't been updated yet. Last one is from August 22th. I'm sure they will updates leagues in the coming days.
