Sometimes it can happen that the Bosscoins that you've paid for are not inmediately added to your account. And when you put in a request, there are various reasons that you have to wait a little bit. One of them you said yourself: the time difference between your country and The Netherlands. Other reasons are that we are not robots that sit behind a desk 24 hours a day to inmediate respond to the requests and the fact that other users might also put in a request. And they also want to receive an answer. The requests are handled by order of submission and need to be filled out in the English language.

For next time try to be more clear with your issue and see if the event is actually running (do training progression increase or not, can you by a certain pack or not, et cetera).
