    IMPORTANT: Be sure you're able to log on your account (have your username and password, or have it linked to your google account). It's also advisable that you've your account linked to a valid/working mail! Now: Clear all your App Data (go to Settings » Storage » OSM, these steps are different depending on phone brand) Re-install app (optional and only if clear App data only don't work)

    @Vaga09 I agree that this info should be displayed correctly. Could you provide a screenshot then? For the Dutch language the wording for the triple bosscoin event has been changed. It now says in brackets that this applies to fyber, tapjoy and ironsource. I don't know if this is the case for all the different languages that you can play OSM in.     I believe you already noticed that problem is solved, since you already spent some If you have a problem when 'claiming' purchased BCs and payment was successful, you should get them on next login (or at least on the next login after problem is solved).

    @MarkusRW5 Hi, No, unfortunately it is not possible to set someone else as the moderator of the league. If the league is 'open' someone else could join the league, as long as the league hasn't progressed past a certain point (x-number of matchday played)

    Hi, All competitions where advanced options are changed will remain open until the end. If that was the case, there's nothing that can be done. If you didn't changed any of the advanced settings you can access moderator settings and change it!

    Hi, Screenshots should be full screen You may be asking why full screen? Well, I'm pretty sure your problem is due to the fact that ALL your funds are in savings and I could be 100% sure if Your screenshot included the top right corer with the total amount of funds

    Hi OSM App tries to log on the account linked to device and/or Game Center. If you had an account back then, OSM tries to log on it. If account was locked/deleted you'll get an error. You can provide us the name of old account and we can remove all links to the device/gamecenter. You can log out from Game Center and when asked to log in, don't do it If none of this works, please provide us some more details so we can identify the source of the problem (a video may help a lot).

    @pieUrso Hi, Unfortunatly, this can happen sometimes when there is a short glitch between OSM and the server. Any changes you have made to your line-up won't be saved. It's advised to double check you line-up to make sure it is correct. Another thing that could happen is that you had a player in you line-up listed on the transferlist and got sold before the match had been played.

    Hi, We've in place a study/test with different durations and progressions on trainings. These settings are per server, so everyone on a server has same settings.

    Hi, Wrong choice of words, ok... It's doable, but it's not pratical, it's not something we want.... Have around 200 avatars for users to pick from with country flags, is not something we would like to have/offer.

    Hi, Yes, reduced timer only if you start it after the start of the event. Higher progression only if you claim trainings while event is active!
