    @mariodgaff Hi there, You can deactive your account by loggin into the webversion of OSM at https://en.onlinesoccermanager.com/ Then click on your managername in the top right corner and go to profile. There you see a button to deactivate it. You will get an e-mail to confirm the choice. Our customer support is located at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us. There you can send in a ticket using the 'submit a request' link.

    Hi We're glad that you changed your mind and decided to stay around. You'll get an e-mail to confirm your request, just state you changed your mind and account won't be deleted!

    @Tarik1012 Hi there, As @JAY-ZO mentioned, accounts that have been inactive for 3 years will be permanentaly deleted. This is due to the GDPR (privacy law). So if the last time you logged in on your old account is atleast 3 years ago, then that account is gone. If you are unsure how long ago it has been and you still know your old managername or a login name, you can contact our customer support to try to get some more info about your old account. You can find our support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Make sure to provide the managername/login name.

    @06_Yasin_06 Hi there, When you purchase a Pack in the OSM Store that contains items (Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Packs) then those items will be stored in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). So check your inventory to see if it's there. If it's not, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check what happened. You can find our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. If you include proof of payment they can help you out inmediately.

    @Usenbolt Hi there, I understand this can be frustrating, but cheatings aren't discussed nor handled on the forum. The support website is the only place for cheatings. Keep in mind that there needs to be substantial proof that someone is really cheating and over a larger period of time. With the GDPR Gamebasics has the right to keep your data for a period of time (due to possible cheatings). But as a consumer you also have the right to ask for a complete removal of those data. However, to ask that you will have to go to our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us and send in a ticket. If you already send in a ticket, then you will have to wait until you receive a reply. This is how the procedure works. You can complain all you want, but the procedure is the procedure.

    @ilkercgul98 They are not going to check this anymore, so if you want to have those statistics of your slots 2 and 3 then you will have to manage a team there. Hopefully at the end of the season they will return.

    @DT-HASBU Hi there, I think you have put your Club Funds on Savings to receive the interest. When you have your Club Funds on Savings you won't be able to use it. You can then compensate the amount of Club Funds you are 'missing' with a larger amount of Bosscoins then you can normally buy a player when you have the necessary Club Funds on hand. So to buy the player with both the Club Funds and normal amount of Bosscoins, you will have to put the Club Funds back on hand.

    @CrackKlaus Hi there, When I look at your profile I see that you finished your league in Germany on October 7th. The Winners Cup ticket will only be available for 7 days before it expires. Since it's already October 18th now, your ticket is expired and thus can't be used anymore. Winners Cup tickets are issued around a day after the league has ended and is stored in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). So make sure to double check your inventory when next time you are eligble for the Winners Cup. If you see it there then you can go to any of your empty managerslots and look for the ticket on the "choose a team" page.

    30 days ranking... it should be difference between current medals and medals 30 days ago, but this isn't working as expected for quite some time ago. It's on to do list to be rmoved, but since the impact on game is so low, prio is really low, but... there won't be a fix, it will be a removal (it may happen in a week or in a year...) Training progression it's only effective after you claim it, if you don't claim is like if player didn't trained/improved Club history B, several of those special leagues were not picked, no one was playing them, so we reduced the number of leagues active at same time so they're in fact played NOTE: For future, one question per topic please
