    @Burak-Belezoglu Hi there, Once a Fantasy League has been created, all managers that want to join it will have to create their team within the first hour of acceptance. So you probably didn't created your team within the hour. I don't know if the league will start now, but you won't be able to join that league now. The best thing you can do is go to our support. They can check this and if needed delete the league. That way you can create a new Fantasy League. You can find our support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form.

    @Hakan01_ Hi there, Have you also you checked your spamfolder? If you did and the e-mails aren't there, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check this. You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. I will close your topic, as we can't help you out with this issue on the forum. PS: for your own privacy I wouldn't recommend posting your e-mailadress on this forum. It's accessible for every OSM user. I will remove it.

    @galal46u-0 Hi there, That's unfortunately a lot of bad luck. That can happen of course. Just like a player in real life could get injured again right after being recovered from a previous injury.

    This is part of a test that is currently going on. It's sorted by server, so depending on which server(s) your managerslots are located on, you will/might have the Transfer Madness event on some slots and not on others. Since it's a test, there was not a communication about it as they don't want that to influence the results of the test.

    Hi, tks for reporting it. There was in facto some problems with Ramadan cup due to some misconfigurations, which means that the groups do not fully match the opponents. Sorry for the inconvenience and the trouble it caused. Affected managers will be contacted by message in game.

    @MichaelRiethorst_NL Hi there, As for the code through the e-mail: have you also checked your spamfolder? The e-mail might be there. If not, then it could be that you are trying to log in on the OSM World version when you use the OSM app. Your account is located on the Dutch version (OSM NL). Both versions act independately of each other and an account created on one version can't be used on the other version. You can change the login version yourself: iOS: go to the settings of the OSM app through the settings of your phone. There you can change the login version Android: on the login screen in the OSM app you can change the login version.

    @jskdnsjdfc Hi there, As the message says, you can't manage that league because there have already been too many managers that managed that club before you. So you will have to find a different team.

    @Charifire_NL Hi there, If you have these items on hand, then you first need to go to the inventory. This the blue/yellow OSM bag you see at the top of the screen. From there you can select any of your available items. Keep in mind that the use of items is only possible in leagues where this option is active. If you are playing in a league where it has been turned off, then you can't use those items. They will greyed out in your inventory.

    @pin.kod Hi there, If you create new tickets, then those tickets will be merged with the previous ones and will get to the bottom of the waiting que again. So just be patient until you receive a reply and do not create new tickets. The support team is really small and there are dozens of tickets created. So it can sometimes take several days before you receive a reply.

    @aygın-kocamans Hi there, I can understand it can sometimes be confusing or you forget that you have your Club Funds stored in Savings. A confirmation button only appears if the amount of Bosscoins you need to compensate for the Club Funds is below a certain threshold. If you want a refund then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check this and issue a refund. Keep in mind that there are some restrictions to this and it is up to the support if a refund is still possible or not.
