    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure? We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match. As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports. Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported. There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms: Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller Collusion ** A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals Offensive language Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc Important NOTE: All reports should include a clear description of what you're reporting and evidences added (please, add all necessary screenshots). The login window doesn't even appear, nor anything else. To access from the web we have to use the English version. Will it be fixed or are we forced to access through the app? Still nothing... do they intend to fix it or will we have to use the English web version forever?

    @Mattiap Ciao, se il tuo account è rimasto inattivo per alcuni anni è molto probabile che sia stato eliminato da GB. Recentemente hanno fatto pulizia di vecchi account inutilizzati.     @MarcusWöll Hi there, If your e-mail adress is still in use and is set to your OSM account, then you do not need to do anything. Once the option to login with username and password gets removed, then you can login by using the button to get a code through an e-mail. That message is there to remind everyone about this upcoming change. So you can just ignore it. The ads on the webversion are a known issue, but needs to be solved by the company of the ad player. They do work, but sometimes the video won't be played and after a few seconds the pop-up closes. The Bosscoin should be added to your account. I just tried it and I received a Bosscoin even though the video didn't play and the pop-up closed after a few seconds.

    @Thuram-Malta-Boys Hi there, If you already have an e-mail adress linked to your OSM account and that e-mail is still in use, then you don't need to change it/update it. That message is a reminder for all users that the login method of username and password is going to be removed soon. Those who do not have an active e-mail adress linked to their accounts, will have to set an active one up, otherwise they lose access to their account. If you do need to change it, then you will probably be able to change it now. There was an issue with it that should be fixed now.

    @SpecialOne Thanks for the explanation, I appreciate it and I understand it now And I think, maybe this topic or this ticket should be open for a few days so that other managers who have similar doubts could read it. Or if someone else ask you, in the future, about the same topic and issue, you can just refer to this one. Cheers

    @Pau1o-Afonso Hi there, I'm not entirely sure I follow, but the Universal Trainer only activates when you click/tap on the Bosscoins icon and spend the 25 Bosscoins for it. It won't activate on it's own. Perhaps you have accidentaly activate it. It's on the left side of all the normal trainers, so it's easy to click/tap on the wrong trainer.

    @Mateusz-Kamieñ-Kamionka Hi there, There is no scheduled maintenance planned. If the webversion doesn't load properly, then that can usually fixed by refreshing the browser. If that doesn't help, then remove cookies and cache of the browser. As for the app issues: what error message do you get?

    @Lollipopp Hi there, Removing other users from a league can only be done if the following two criteria have been met: The league needs to have a human league moderator. This is a OSM user that created the league or continued it to another season by paying the required Bosscoins. This user also needs to be part of that league (if the league moderator resigned, then there is no longer a league moderator). Only the league moderator can remove someone from a league. The user that needs to be removed has to be inactive for a period of at least 72 hours. If either of these two criteria haven't been met, then it's not possible to remove that user from the league.

    Good morning, yesterday for 12 hours or maybe more, I was getting Error 100-1000, which prevented me from logging into the game. I tried restarting the game and clearing the cache, but nothing worked. This caused me to lose my match yesterday and therefore the league. Is there any way to fix this?

    This should be fixed. There were in fact some users that hadn't boss coin added. You can claim them all now!
