Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.

    @LordDred According to the data you completed the African Boss achievement in May 2021. Rewards from achievements can only be claimed once, so you received the Bosscoins back then.

    @Pereira-Edson Hi there, Bosscoins don't disapear in thin air, so you most likely spend them on something. When you buy players with Bosscoins you won't receive a confirmation button when the amount of Bosscoins is below a certain threshold. That's a fast way to lose Bosscoins. Bosscoins could also be used on practice matches, training camp, buying of the timers for training or stadium expansion. Or a combination of these things. You can go to our customer support and ask for a check there, but keep in mind that it is your own responsibility to know where you spend your Bosscoins on.     @amir-aqa-esta Hi there, As @JAY-ZO mentioned, there is only the semi-finals of the Asian Champions League available and that is also a temporary one. It will be removed in a couple of days. Not every single tournament and league is available in OSM.

    @amir-aqa-esta You can try selecting the Dutch language. That's the only one I'm sure that it allows the Player Packs. If that doesn't work aswell, then something else is probably blocking it. Do you use a VPN to login to OSM? If so, you might have set up a country where the gambling law is in place. Or perhaps your firewall or browser in general is blocking it. Otherwise, I have no idea why they don't appear.
