    Hi there, The Oops, something went wrong error is due to some issues with the adplayer on the webversion. They have disabled the adplayer for the time being, so now you should be able to play again.

    @ruiprsc Do you have the club funds on Savings during match simulation? That is a requirement to get the interest in the first place. Again, it will be added on Savings. So post some screenshots of your Finance page before and after match simulation. Preferably with date and time visible.

    Friendly battle is a 'standard' league, with a special schedule. Being a 'standard' leagues, it means that users can request it and be moderators. If they can be moderators, they can enable/disable ALL options. This includes transfers... It's up to user that requests the league to enable/disable transfers. So, this been said, transfers can be disabled!

    @Skrycer Hi there, Accounts that have been inactive for 3 years are permanentely removed from the database. This is required due to the global GDPR ruling (privacy laws). So if it is already more than 3 years ago that you last logged in to your account, then it will be removed. You could try going to our customer support and ask for a definitive check with the e-mailadress that you had linked to that account. They can verify if it still excists or not. You can find our customer support using the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @ronaldo_45471 @Ferruccio-104 Hi there, You should clear the cookies and cache of the browser you are using. That usually fixes the issue. If you have the issue in the OSM app then force close the app and open it again.

They can verify that you purchased the pack and give you a new one or give your money back. You can find our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply from them.

    There're 3 levels for crew members: President: Owner/creator of the crew. He has all powers and he was the one that paid for the crew. He can hand president title to someone else. Captain: He's like an 'assistant' of the President. He should be able to edit/do pretty much everything, except change the crew core (image, name, tag and motto) - looks like this changed on apps - and sack president/take his position Members: well, all of them are members, but these don't have any 'powers' to change anything

    @Daniel-Figos Hi there, I know that this is very unfortunate, but it's ultimately up to OSM if they want to do a rollback or not. It can always happen that the electricity falls out. Even just in your own neighbourhood right before match simulation started and your are busy setting up your teams. If OSM has to keep track of every single blackout happening in the world, then there would barely be any match simulations at all.

    @FC-Eddie_NL Ok thats fine, but can you tell them to fix “as” at least. I guess when you type as, it thinks you typed up ass. And ass isn’t really a bad word, and if you search it up in the dictionary, it means donkey. So it would be good if this isn’t how a text looks like: Hi, the start date of the tournament has been moved forward, ** some teams have pulled out.
