    Hi, We're sorry that you're facing this issue, but can you provide us some more information (a video would help). Your account is set as an adfree account, so you shouldn't be having any ads (except the ones you chose to watch in order to get rewards). If possible can you also try to log on Web Version and let us know if you also get ads there?

    @Especial-FCP There are probably still some issues with it, so I guess they have postphoned the release. It could also be that Apple/Google are taking longer to approve the new version than anticipated.

You will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/nl Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide both the managername of your current account and your old account.

    @Lampinha_Rw Hi there, You have probably completed this achievement in the past. You can only receive the reward once. When new leagues are introduced, the percentage of completion drops down. When you finish all those new leagues, the percentage will be 100% again, but you won't receive the reward again.

    @James-Van-Duuk You can make an offer on any player that is in one of the other teams in your own league. If not, then you need to use the scout or the transferlist. Each individual league on OSM is closed off from each other. Also, you are playing in the Swiss league with Lugano on your first clubslot and not the Norwegian league. So if you have a second account on the international version of OSM, then you violate the OSM terms and you risk losing both accounts.
