i have question about manager points. i have 266 wins 51 draws 67 i have only 2700 point why?

How do I benefit during the season?
There are managers with lower target achievement and got more points.
How come?

winning against teams managed from human managers>>> more manager points
winning with lower goal teams >>> more manager points
winning teams with higher goal than your team >>> more manager points
