    My first account was locked/deleted for unknown reasons when I took a break for around 3 months. During this time I had uninstalled the APP and I never thought my account would be deleted. I contacted the support and If I remember Roel answered and he said my account is deleted and it's not possible to recover it and I never got the real reason if someone who could have known my password deleted it or maybe it was deleted from osm side? I had nearly 50k coins and why not just delete it because new account will be created and more coins are coming? . Anyway not the first time accounts gets locked, it happened before two years with some false bans from the game server or I don't know what it was and OSM or GB never returned those accounts. I remember it very well.

    @Toronydarus Hi there, That your team has a higher teamvalue then the others, doesn't mean that you will automaticaly win the match. The match engine is far more complex and has dozens of parameters.

    @Malfunction A 25% increase from 22 is 27.5, so 25% isn't that far of the mark. The above is probably just the basic system. It wouldn't surprise me if the system is far more elaborate than that. Only the developers at Gamebasics know the ins and outs of all the systems behind OSM.

    @DavideF2009 Hi there, Hard to tell without some more info. If your were talking about how your clubslot was temporarly unavailable, then that is something that can happen from time to time. Then they are doing maintenance to server/league. Once maintenance is complete, you will be able to acces your team again. If you were talking about something else, then you can create a new topic and give us some more details about your issue.

    @sanimustafa_9 Hi there, This can happen from time to time when they are doing maintenance to the server or your league specifically. Your slot will be active again when maintenance is complete. Then you will be able to acces your team again.

    @barkın_67 Hi there, When you try to set a training camp at the last second before the match being played, you risk the chance that the match is already in play. Then it doesn't validate the training camp. You can try going to our customer support. Maybe they can revert the use of the training camp. You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @Matór-_NL Hi there, Back in the day league updates were only done like once or twice during the entire transfer window period. However, now that it is much easier to update leagues, they are being updated more frequent. This is because most users want to play in a league that is up-to-date. If you log in via the webversion of OSM, you can check all our current leagues with their starting squad go to community and then league overview. This way you can already take a peak which players each team have. If you feel that some teams are unbalanced, then skip that league for a few weeks until it is more balanced. Considering no one has replied to your post in an entire year, it's pretty safe to assume that you are in the minority here.

I don't know if the bonus is added for all packs when buying multiple of them or only for the first one. But you can always contact our cutomers service to help you out.     @DZSaleh Hi there, When you resign from your team it is impossible to get back to your team. It is also impossible to join a different team in that league. When the league moderator resigns, there will be no league moderator for that league. It's also impossible for somebody else in the league to claim the league moderation. That means that if it is a private league, no other managers are able to join it. So you will have to wait until the league is finished or all the other crewmembers will have to resign. Then you can create a new league.

    The bad thing about this update is that I used this tab to recruit players who didn't have a crew for my crew, and the recruitment process is much more complicated and time-consuming now than it was before, it would be better for OSM to limit access to the leagues using the account levels, like, the player is at level 8 and can only face players at levels 8 or 9 or 10, only for the leagues created in which it would be possible to bring together all coaches of all levels so as not to harm the tournaments that we do it here on the forum and so you can also play with friends.

    Maybe some team bought him before and sold him after that. So is there a going out of the league transfer of Bellingham? And maybe his rating went up as well when he was bought before and sold after so 99 can be to low.

    @R0BERT0MMF Hi there, It's pretty obvious isn't it? With that transfer you would violate the OSM terms. There are rules in play that prevent users from cheating with transfers.

    @actually-goated You don't have to worry about that. You're account will only be deleted if you haven't logged in in three years straight.
