Hello mate...if you go on the league table > manager list you will see inactive managers...if you are the moderator, you will be able to kick them out of the league...
Hello mate....nothing can be done for cheating on the forums...if you send a report and the staff answered there is not enough evidence, then try to report the manager again with more evidence....help the staff to "catch" the cheater.....
