    Hi there,

    Could be a few things:

    Do you have an adblocker installed on your phone? If so, you have to deactive it for OSM in order to watch the video's Have you already watched a number of videos? If so, then the icon will be temporalely gone until you can watch a video again. There is a limit to the amount of videos you can watch.

    If these two are not the issue, then check to see if there is an update available for the OSM app. If not, then try deleting the app and re-install it again and see if that solves it. Make sure you have a way to log in to your account before you delete it or you will lose acces to your account.

    If you were inactive for at least three years straight, then your old account has been deleted and is permanentely removed from OSM. If that's not the case then you should contact our customer support through the below link.

    Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the managername of both your current account and your old account.

    Have you checked your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag)? That's where those items are stored. If it's really not there, then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link.

    It seems your league is a tournament. For tournaments you are not able to kick inactiive managers out of your league, nor can they resign themselfs. The option to kick users is thus the bug here and will eventually be disabled.

    So sadly, there is nothing you can do about this.

    Hi there,

    If you are still in your own created league, you can kick inactive managers who haven't logged in for atleast 72 hours. You're league will keep on running till the end of the season if you leave it, assuming you haven't already paid for a continuation of your league to a new season. The won't have a league moderator anymore if you do, so other users won't be able to invite or kick anyone.

    Hi there,

    OSM is a one-season game, which means that at the end of the season everything resets. That means that you will lose the Club Funds you had accumulated with that club. So if you buy a Club Funds Pack in the OSM Store and use those funds on one of your clubslots, those Club Funds are gone after the season ends.

    As long as you keep those Club Funds in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag) they won't dissapear. So if you buy the Pack and your season is almost over, you can keep them in your inventory and use them when you start managing a new club.

    Hi there,

    The Finances page reflects what you receive for the upcoming match and is added to your balance after the match has been played. So if that first screenshot is taken during todays matchday, then you are going to play a home match later today. Gate receipts and Sponsors are only given when you play a home match. So your previous match was an away match and you only received the Fixed Income.
