@Matías-Sproat Hi, open your empty slot, choose the country you want to play. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see the option to create a league.

I believe that your confusion comes form the fact you're managing smae team on 3 slots.... You bought Alisson on your Slot 2 not on Slot 3
