    @Mister-MadMix Hi there, On the Friends page and the Chat page you can add managers. Both can be found when you click on your managername in the top right corner. Keep in mind that you need to know the name of the manager. There is no option to search using one or more random letters. If you have your OSM account connected to your Facebook account, you can also search through your Facebook contacts to check if any one of them has an account on OSM.

    @Simon_Socceroos Hi there, Cheating in general and locked/suspended account will never be discussed or handled through the forum. You should be able to appeal to the lock if you log into your locked account. If that doesn't work then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @Gabriel-Verona Hi there, If you buy packages with Club Funds and position swaps then you will find them in your Inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). If it is not there, then you should contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us From there, click on 'submit a request' and choose the option OSM to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.

    @efe-sarıtaş_82 Yes, you did misunderstood it then, as you will still have to watch the ads in those videos. The only ads that gets removed are the banner you would see at the top of the screen on all pages when you have a free account.

    @caspercocuk Hi there, When you buy a package that says it will hide the ads, it means the banners that you saw on the top and the sides of the screen when you had a free account. Those should now be hidden. If you watch a video for Bosscoins, to speed up the timer or when you click on the orange 'Continue+ more' button you will watch an ad.
