HI, You shouldn't open several windows playing videos. There're protections in place for that and limitations on number of videos/rewards.

But every week on Tuesday there are around 20 players that will get the in-form-status, so there is always a chance that quite a few of those players will be put on the transferlist. And then it depens on how fast they are bought by the managers in your league.

There a several reasons for why: The idea of the discussion forum is that users (the managers in OSM) are going to discuss with each other about suggestions. Most of the suggestions that are made are done so because of a personal reason rather than trying to improve the overall gameplay. That you want something added or changed, doesn't mean that everyone wants it or that it is good for the game. The amount of Forum Moderators and Admins is far too low to maintain the entire forum. We forum moderators do this in our own spare time and that meant that a lot of them has left to prioritize their own life/work balance. I've basicaly been helping here on the Support Forum because there was no one left from the English team. The Admin team are people that work for Gamebasics and thus have a lot of other responsibilities. You will therefore hardly see them on the forum unless absolutely necessary. I don't expect to see any changes to this anytime soon.
