    @Caner-482 Hi there, If you are eliminated from a tournament you can either choose to leave the club or stay and watch how the remainder of the tournament plays out. Most gameplay options will be hidden as you won't play any more matches.

    @MALIK-HAMED-ALI-AWAN Hi there, You most likely spend the Bosscoins on something. Probably on buying a player with Bosscoins. This will happen if you do not have enough Club Funds on hand in leagues where Club Funds Compensation is active. Below a certain number you won't receive a confirmation button to proceed with the transfer. If you want to have more details, you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @JohnAuschwitz Hi there, Yes, if an account is inactive for 3 years in a row it will be deleted. This is due to the GDPR laws. You will have to play OSM with your current account.

    @DRindox Hi there, There is nothing wrong with the interest. The interest is added to the Savings and not directly on the balance. If you check your Finances you will see how much interest you will get after the match. If you add those up to the amount of Club Funds you already had in Savings before the match, that number should be the same as the amount of Club Funds you have on Savings after the match. If that's not the case, then you can create a new topic and post some screenshots of your Finances before and after a match.

    @Caner-482 Hi there, If you have a home and away match, then you will play the home match at your own stadium. Only the final match of the Winners Cup is played at neutral ground.

    @kizilsrc Hi there, Then you are probably tryin to login on the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL (Dutch version) and OSM World (international version) we have two versions of OSM that operate seperately from each other. You can have an account on both versions, but they only work on the version that the account was created on. On iOS you can switch the region from the settings of the OSM app through the settings of your phone. On Android you can switch the region on the login page of the OSM app.

    @Mol123321_NL If the username/password is incorrect, then that means you are trying to login on the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL (Dutch version) and OSM World (international version) we have two versions of OSM that act independently from each other.
