    @daspy Hi there, If there is a human league moderator, that person can kick inactive players once they are inactive for atleast 72 hours. There will be an icon next to their managername on the managerlist. If you are playing in a league that has 'OSM' as the league moderator, then it is impossible to kick inactive players out of the league.

    @donpablothedoberman Hi there, Transfers are for a large part random, which is not appreciated by everyone. Gamebasics knows things needs to be changed, but it will require a huge undertaking and is therefore considered as a long term project. Also, on 16 and 17 April we had the Transfer Madness event, which means that selling chance had increased. That way it is a bit easier to sell expensive players. I take it that these screenshots are from those two days.

    @Snybbe Hi there, If you are receiving the error message that user/password is incorrect, then it means you a trying to login on the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL and OSM World we have two seperate versions that work independently of each other. You will have to change the region in order to login. On iOS you can change region by going to the settings of the OSM app through the settings of your phone. On Android you can change region on the login page of the OSM app.

If you bought a package with Club Funds then you can find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag) If not, then please contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.

    @Justi1233214 Hi there, If you are refering to the Club Funds, then you can find them in your inventory. This is the yellow-blue OSM bag you can find at the top of your screen. Make sure you are the correct clubslot before using them, otherwise you spend them on the wrong team.

    @Manuel-Pinto-Oliviera Hi there, There are some requirements that needs to be met before the reward for inviting new users to OSM will be received. Q: Why didn't I receive Boss Coins ( BCs ) after inviting managers? A: To be able to get these rewards, following criteria have to be met: New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. That user will need to click the link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards. If you follow those requirements you should get the reward. If for some reason you dont, then you can contact customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

    @Kylian10_Madrid Hi there, An e-mail can only belong to one account, even if that account has been disabled. You will have to contact our customer support to help you out with this. You can find our support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us After that, click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the manager names of both you current account and the account that you disabled.
