    Hi I can't find any problem on his account. We've increased security by forcing ALL connections to be made vi HTTPS, maybe this is the reason. Does he have outdated devices? Did he tried a different intenet provider? Maybe current one is blocking connection to OSM.

    @Don-Joselito Hi, The double and triple Bosscoins events only applies to the offers being given on the offerwall by the three providers of these offers. These don't apply to the videos you can watch. They always just give 1 Bosscoin.

    Hi, As you know this is not first time we've this event and you also know how it works. While I may agree that the way it's written may lead to different interpretations, on this event ALL players set up for training will train in 2 hours, but only younger ones will have an higher progression than usual!

    @SpecialOne It was the Battle from SG Eintracht Frankfurt vs TeknoRed which ends 85:55. The last Game Day was on 13.03. and the situation with the substitutes happend at 07.03. around 16.10Uhr German time. The manager was DänuBNC and he had the Team Porto. He used an IPhone and he played with his second Managerposition. And at that time, he had also the newest version on his phone. Is anything else needed?

    Hi we're sorry that your colleague can't login to OSM because he forgot password, but you guys already got the only answer available to you. Account has an e-mail set and it's also linked to google, this means that user can log on Android App via google user and/or on Web version by following the request pass procedure. We can't disclose the mail address set on the account, but in case user doesn't remember the mail he set on account, we advise him to check all mail addresses he own. I'm sure he remembers his google account, so he can log via google to check which e-mail he has set. If he's 100% sure about the mail and he's not getting the reset pass mail, my suggestion is that he can try the forget pass routine by switching between login and mail address.

    Hi, Achievements are only awarded once per user. You got this reward back in October 2019. Since then some leagues were added and others removed. That was the reason why your percentage changed, but that doesn't get you another reward for completing it!

    Hi, This happens because you've joined a league that had already started and picked a team that was managed by a CPU. It will fix itself after a round been played with you as manager!
