    To be fair until the late 80's there used to be 3 European competitions as well. Europacup I for the national champions, Europacup II for the national cup winners and Europacup III for the 2nds, 3rds and sometimes 4ths from the national leagues. Looks like a nice format to me.

    CROATIAN HOMECOMING WAS UNREAL!!!! Some police estimates are saying that main core of Zagreb counted around 550 000 people awaited our HEROES! Greatest gathering of people in history of Croatia. Almost 15% of whole Croatia's populations... Let me just try to tell you something. They arrived at airport at 15:15pm, and it took them 6 and a half hours to our main square in Zagreb (20 km only). During the whole way mass of people were celebrating their arrival. Never seen this in my life.
