    @Wayne-the-special-one Hi there, The Bosscoins will automaticaly be added to your account (your Bosscoins stack) and not added to your inventory like the other items are. If you are still sure they haven't been added, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can check what happened. You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. If you add proof op payment they can help you inmediately.

    @Fabiob93 Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. I'm assuming this is no longer an issue? If it is, then you either have entered the wrong credentials or you tried to log in into the wrong version of OSM.

    @actually-goated Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. The Bosscoins can normally be collected right after the last match has been played, but I don't know how long that will be possible after the league has been reset. If you still didn't got the Bosscoins, you can try going to our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us. They might be able to help you out.

    @cb7_355 Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. Is this still an issue? If so, you should be able to connect it after you have logged in into your account on the OSM app. On the settings menu, the cogwheel, you will see a button to connect your Game Center account.

    @mariodgaff Hi there, You can deactive your account by loggin into the webversion of OSM at https://en.onlinesoccermanager.com/ Then click on your managername in the top right corner and go to profile. There you see a button to deactivate it. You will get an e-mail to confirm the choice. Our customer support is located at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us. There you can send in a ticket using the 'submit a request' link.
