Hello, sorry that you're facing an issue caused by a technical issue from App.
It was OSM App that created and linked an account to your phone (even if 2 yeas ago)? It was OSM that linked the account to AppleID and/or Gamecentre? OSM App ony improved login system, making it easier for users to log on their accounts when they link them to Apple/Gamecenter.
You never used it? Really?
Let's talk about rules and behavour, yes.
You asked for help from support by filling in a ticket. You did what's expected from everyone that has an issue and needs help that's not possible to provide here on forum.
You didn't even waited for an answer and came to forum complaining in a not very polite way, nevertheless you got a polite answer
Not happy with your mistakes, your reply is even more unpolite?

Btw, the account you asked for deletion on the ticket was already deleted (at least I was told so).
