Although, achievements are stated when picking a team in tournaments, however, it is not considered during the course of the tournament nor its aftermath! For the "achievement unlock" question, you need to clarify exactly what you mean or what you are asking in a new topic!

We're sorry for this situation. There was an issue with the TC and ST cost for about 8h (between 8:00h and 16:00H UTC time). While it looked that you had enough BCs, in fact you didn't due to the fact that they were way more expensive. Problem was fixed and today all those that managed to do the TCs will be refunded of the extra BCs they paid with a small compensation!
