    @HTxD-Barros Hi there, Depending on what you bought, they are given to you in a different way. Bosscoins should be transfered to your account inmediately. If that's not the case, then you should be able to claim them through the career page. Other items (Club Funds, Training Progression and Player Packs) are stored in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of the screen on every page. From there you can use them. If for some reason you still didn't received what you purchased, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify your purchase. You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment to speed up the process.

    hey Eddie, it is clear thank you for explaination. I am trying to go up in rank. i m now 173rd position. but in winners cup, there is a one team that his squad value is 17billion and average is 175. and then 2nd expensive team is only 2.5 billion and average is 130. so I had 2 game with this user and of course I lost both game and it cost me 2200 manager point which I can gain it in 3 months. it doesnt sound fair, thats why I wanted resign from winners cup.

    @Boateng13 Hi there, If you play on the webversion: try removing cookies and cache of your browser. If you play on the OSM app: try to remove the app and re-install it again. Make sure you have a way to log back into your account before removing the app, or you will lose acces to your account.

    @therookie1 Hi there, If Juventus won that match, then those extra 100 Bosscoins will be added to your account after that match has been played. Then it can take up to another 24 hours before they are added.

    @Furious-Dad Hi there, I had to do a Google search to find the information: https://www.cafonline.com/caf-africa-cup-of-nations/news/totalenergies-caf-africa-cup-of-nations-cote-d-ivoire-2023-qualified-nations-submit-squad-list-to-caf/ For the Africa Cup of Nations 2023 (held in early 2024) the CAF decided to increase the maximum players a nation could have from 23 to 27. The minimum was 23 and the maximum was 27. Nations were given free choise in how much players they selected between those minimum and maximum numbers. That's why you see a difference in the amount of players are available for each country in that tournament. So this is not a bug.

    @Kerem-Bahcivan Hi there, Getting the error message 'username/password is incorrect' can mean two things. The managername is really incorrect. You are trying to log in to the wrong version of OSM. If you are sure that you are using the correct username, then the issue will be number 2. With OSM NL and OSM World there are two seperate versions of OSM who act independentaly from each other. On your iPhone/iPad you can go to the settings of the OSM app through the settings of your phone. There you can select the region you want to log in to. Your account is located on OSM World, so you will have to select that region in order to log in to your account.

    @Pizdarija You will keep your Bosscoins and can use them later on with different teams. But everything else resets. This is the nature of OSM, ever since it's start in 2001.

    @Peace-Alonga Hi there, See the above post from @SSerhatt_NL If you still have issues with the ads, then try that first. If it doesn't solve it, then you can create a new topic and post some screenshots. We need one from before you watch the video, one where the video is playing and then another one after you have watched the ad. Your total amount of Bosscoins needs to be visible in atleast the first and third screenshot.
