    @Fyne_ Hi there, The more expensive a player is, the more difficult it will become to sell that player. You can try lowering the price a bit, but other then that you will have to be patient.

    @SirYetik06_NL Hi there, I'm sorry you are facing this issue. Normally it's the provider of those offers - in your case REVU - that has to verify the completion of the offer as well as handle all questions and issues OSM users face when completing those offers. However, REVU has a policy that when an offer is listed as 'credited' you can't contact them anymore about that specific offer As to why they do that, I don't know. If you already send in a ticket to our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us then the best thing you can do is make a reply to the answer you received from them that there is no way to contact REVU as the offer is listed as 'credited'.

    @vdofun Hi there, New users go through a short tutorial, so I'm assuming that it has been stated that OSM is a one-season-game during that tutorial. You can try going to our customer support and ask your question there. No guarantees they will honor your request. You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. It might take a few days before they respond to your ticket.

    @FDedecan Hi there, This generaly happens on the OSM app if you are already online before the event starts. The data of your OSM app hasn't been synchronised with the OSM server at that point and shows outdated info. Always make sure to take a look at the amount of time it takes for the timer to reach zero. That should be a good indication that the data has been synchronised and shows correct info. You can also switch clubslots to be absoluty sure that timer is correct.

    @MattCosta Hi there, Cheatings will never be discussed or handled through the forum. If you send in a ticket through our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us then you need to be patient until you receive a reply from them. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before they can reply.

    Hello, 30 Days Ranking System It should show managers with the most medals in the last 30 days, but there might be bugs or delays affecting the accuracy. Club History B League The Club History B League might be temporarily removed for updates or maintenance. Check official announcements or support for details. Hope this helps!

    @oigioioi Hi there, While I understand that losing can be frustrating, that doesn't mean that when you have better stats then your opponent you automatically will win that match. There are so many tiny things that can impact the result. So try to come up with different tactics, get players from the same nationality, etc.

    @VanDeLu Hi there, It's not in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag)? How long ago did you purchase the Gold Pack? You will have to use it in 7 days after the purchase or the Pack will be removed from your inventory.

    @iavaronss Hi there, They probably won't remove it. They are looking at when the specific tournament has been added on OSM. Those that were added before the away goal rule was changed, still have that rule applied. Newly added tournaments do not have the away goal rule.
