Google wallet/play has lots of payment systems, so if you play on Android App you can pay via googleplay and pay with your phone balance.

@petar-v As All the managers have stated here, there is nothing abnormal about this, transfers are totally random. Sometimes we could sell up to 6 (plus) players, sometimes less and other times No sale for even up to a week.
