    @Almolera Hi there, There is nothing you can do about that. It's in a testing phase which means that it isn't available for everyone yet. Once the final decision of the feature has been made, it will be become available for everyone.

    @Bozo_23456789 Hi there, That depends on which pack you want to buy. The standard Bosscoins, Club Funds and other Items packs normally do not have a time limit, unless they give out more Bosscoins or Club Funds than the standard rate. This happens from time to time and then they are limited for a small time period. After that period ends the standard rate applies again. Then there are temporary offers. They are only available for a limited amount of time and will be removed from the store after that period ends.

    Considering the feature is still in a testing fase and the complaints has been forwarded to Gamebasics, I will close this topic. We will have to wait and see what happens next after the final decision of the feature has been made.

    @FireMisha Hi there, Yes, you can put the players that aren't in the starting 11 in training and no, that doesn't affect your match. Matches are being simulated in an instant. 'Match in play' means that the server that you are playing has started simulating, but that doesn't mean that your match is inmediately simulated aswell. Leagues on a server are being simulated in batches, so it's impossible to say how long that message remains exactly. Usually, your matches are simulated around the same time each day.

    @MaartenSN Hi there, If you get the error that your managername or password is incorrect, then that means that you are trying to login on the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL (Dutch version) and OSM World (international version) we have two versions of OSM that act independant of each other. Which means that you can have an account on both versions. With this account you are playing on the World version, which means that you are trying to login on the Dutch version. You can change the version of OSM yourself, but how you do that depends on the platform you are using. For iOS: Go to the settings of your phone and then to the settings of the OSM app. There you can change the version you are going to login to. For Android: On the login page of the OSM app you can change the version that you are going to login to.

    @cottaandrei Hi there, You will first have to contact the provider of these offers, in this case Fyber. This can be done through the offerwall of the specific provider the offer is listed on. They are the ones who handles all offers and check wether or not you have met the requirements of the offer.

    @Manager-Eduard Hi there, There is a system in place that checks if you met all criteria of our bonus for new referals. This works as follows: Q: Why didn't I receive Boss Coins ( BCs ) after inviting managers? A: To be able to get these rewards, following criteria have to be met: New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. He needs to click the link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards.
