    Hi mate, that's simply not possible. OSM is designed as a one-season game. The Winners Cup allows you to keep managing your team for an extended period, but once that Cup concludes, your journey with that team ends. You have the option to manage the same club again, but you'll be starting from scratch with the basic team.

    it was bugged at that time but its okay now .i was trying to say normally players pay 10 boss coin and after that they can use it while the special event but i paid 40 boss coin somehow

    Gambling laws in Belgian are indeed the reason that you can't purchase player packs from the OSM store if you have the Belgian nationality on your profile. But you have already figured out you can move around that by changing the nationality in your profile

    @Timpie98_NL Hi there, We recentely had a Transfer Madness event that gave a higher selling chance. So when that event is over and the normal selling chance kicks back in, it always feels that transfers are slow. Then your going from selling lots of a players back to selling just a few players.

    @aboubakr_396 There is indeed an issue with the ads on the webversion. They have temporarely disabled it until the bug is fixed. I don't know how long it will take, but they are trying to fix it as fast as possible. You will either have to wait until the bug is fixed on the webversion or use the OSM app to watch the ads for now.

In order to report this user you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' in the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet.

    @Almontaser80 Hi there, You have to click on the 'claim' button twice. The first one is on the page of match prediction itself. Then you get a pop-up where you have to click the button again. After that they should be added to your account.
