    @vdofun Hi there, New users go through a short tutorial, so I'm assuming that it has been stated that OSM is a one-season-game during that tutorial. You can try going to our customer support and ask your question there. No guarantees they will honor your request. You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. It might take a few days before they respond to your ticket.

    @FDedecan Hi there, This generaly happens on the OSM app if you are already online before the event starts. The data of your OSM app hasn't been synchronised with the OSM server at that point and shows outdated info. Always make sure to take a look at the amount of time it takes for the timer to reach zero. That should be a good indication that the data has been synchronised and shows correct info. You can also switch clubslots to be absoluty sure that timer is correct.

If you send in a ticket through our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us then you need to be patient until you receive a reply from them. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before they can reply.

    Hello, 30 Days Ranking System It should show managers with the most medals in the last 30 days, but there might be bugs or delays affecting the accuracy. Club History B League The Club History B League might be temporarily removed for updates or maintenance. Check official announcements or support for details. Hope this helps!

    @oigioioi Hi there, While I understand that losing can be frustrating, that doesn't mean that when you have better stats then your opponent you automatically will win that match. There are so many tiny things that can impact the result. So try to come up with different tactics, get players from the same nationality, etc.

    @iavaronss Hi there, They probably won't remove it. They are looking at when the specific tournament has been added on OSM. Those that were added before the away goal rule was changed, still have that rule applied. Newly added tournaments do not have the away goal rule.

    @_MIKHA_ It would be nice to know which player it was and on which of your clubslots this happened. There have been similar cases, but they couldn't find any reason behind it. So the more info we get, the closer we might get to figuring this out. Especially if it is related to league updates.

    @Erak1n Hi there. I understand what you’re trying to say. However wing play is more commonly used with 4-3-3 B or A formations. LM and RM are usually used in formations with 5 midfielders (like 4-5-1). This formation is not used as much, which is the reason for these players appearing less on the transfer list. Usually this formation is used when managing international teams, so you can find these players there. You should keep an eye out on the transfer list for these players, but the best solution is to use your scout to find these players, and choose the LM or RM option when choosing the specific position. You will get the best options. JAY ZO

    @_MIKHA_ Hi there, As @JAY-ZO said, you can disable cupmatches at the advanced settings (the cogwheel) when you create/continue a league. Keep in mind that when you deactivate any of the advanced settings that your league will be private (closed) for the entire season. That means that you will have to invite other managers or they have to apply to your league.

    @Dario-Scortecci Through the web version, its easier, because you can click on league overview. Apart from that, i think it’s about whoever comes first really. Unless you create a private league.
