    @Simon_Socceroos Hi there, Cheating in general and locked/suspended account will never be discussed or handled through the forum. You should be able to appeal to the lock if you log into your locked account. If that doesn't work then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @Gabriel-Verona Hi there, If you buy packages with Club Funds and position swaps then you will find them in your Inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). If it is not there, then you should contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us From there, click on 'submit a request' and choose the option OSM to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.

    @efe-sarıtaş_82 Yes, you did misunderstood it then, as you will still have to watch the ads in those videos. The only ads that gets removed are the banner you would see at the top of the screen on all pages when you have a free account.

    @caspercocuk Hi there, When you buy a package that says it will hide the ads, it means the banners that you saw on the top and the sides of the screen when you had a free account. Those should now be hidden. If you watch a video for Bosscoins, to speed up the timer or when you click on the orange 'Continue+ more' button you will watch an ad.

    @cinaregemen841 Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that this has happened to you. However, do keep in mind that securing your account is your own responsibility. Perhaps a friend/schoolmate/colleague is messing with your OSM account. So I would advise the following things. Change the password of your OSM account or the password of any of your social connections if you use those to login to OSM. And make sure that no one else knows them. If you are on a shared computer, make sure to log out of your OSM account once your done. Never leave your phone in the open in your classroom or in your workspace.

    Hi mate, Unfortunately it is not possible to change the manager name. This is due to some technical reasons.
